I named this episode My Mind vs. Me because for a long time I felt like my mind was working against me instead of for me. From constant self-critiques to wasting time in my head instead of being present, it felt like a hidden battle that I was never going to win. Then I finally decided, I didn’t have to live like this and that I would no longer allow my mind to control me — this is when the change began. Let’s talk about it.
